Focus Digital Solution has had the pleasure of working with EVT on a number of website development projects, hotel rebranding activities and marketing campaigns over the years. Our goal has always been to maximise brand awareness and drive profitable revenue for the group.

By working closely with EVT’s corporate marketing team, we managed to create a last-minute campaign in less than 14 days. For this campaign, our main goals were to reach a wider audience and increase conference enquiries leading up to the winter months.

We started by creating a landing page where people can enquire to obtain a quote for their upcoming conference/event. Then, we promoted the campaign through social media, email marketing and targeted ads. In addition, we also worked with media partners and key influencers in the industry i.e PCOs, venue finders, event managers and associations to gain their support, promoting the campaign to their customer database.

These marketing efforts gave us a wide reach and helped us to generate a lot of interest. We also had a great response rate, with over 60% of people who enquired going on to book their conference or event with some of EVT hotels.

By the end of the 2 month campaign, we generated 122 leads and $765K potential revenue for the group.
